Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at helpdesknow@coreywhyet.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for return authorization and instructions from our customer support team.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item, including all original materials and documentation.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Please include the return authorization number inside your package.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Corey Whyet is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during return shipping. Ensure you use a secure shipping method with tracking.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and processed.
